Our butchery classes run after hours at EC1 on the last Thursday of every month and are led by one of our top butchers, who will teach you how to break down a whole forerib of beef into steaks and roasting joints over a 90 minute period.
With a maximum of four students per session, the classes are a great way to get hands on with some native-breed, grass-feed meat, as well as learn essential skills to cook and prep the meat at home.
We also provide a selection of steak tastings and some wine to make the evening even more agreeable.

Please note: your confirmation email serves as your ticket, but we can provide a printable voucher on request if you've made a gift of the class and would like the recipient to be able to book their own class.
We do allow a certain degree of flexibility beyond these dates but all students do need to book in their class within a 6 month time-frame.
