After the success of our inaugural Poultry Class at SE1, we are pleased to announce that the next one will be held at Greensmiths on Wednesday 22nd January 2025

Having run a series of educational and convivial wine tasting classes at EC1 over the last few months, we can see the value of bringing people together under more relaxed circumstances and with a bite to eat.

So once again, we shall be hosting a class of up to 10 people and taking you through all aspects of chicken cutting. 

From standard breakdown to a variety of methods for preparing dishes for the table - with a full complement of three butchers from Turner & George to help you get to grips with the essentials.

Then, towards the end, wine will be poured and a selection of chicken dishes will be brought to the table to sample and digest, along with stimulating conversation with our team.

At the end of the evening, each student will take away their own chicken and their very own knife to take home and practice with after.

A perfect gift idea for the food lover in your life and this is definitely an evening to help lift you out of the January blues

Class starts at 7:30PM and finishes at 9PM.
